It's a connector, not a head bolt. It was made easier by first unscrewing and removing the o2 sensor, then i was able to get the cable connection in a better position to be able to depress the little tab.

Seems you have to just do it once, then it is all clear. Unplug each and just let the sensor end of the pigtails hang.
